Caroline Smith, MA, LPC, LSAC Caroline Smith received degrees in psychology and professional counseling from Ottawa University. She has certifications in trauma, abuse, deprivation, chemical addictions, and sexual addiction counseling. She has worked at The Meadows Treatment Center as a Family Counselor, Primary Counselor, Survivors Workshop Facilitator, Community Relations Representative, and Special Assistant to the Clinical Director. Within this program, she worked with individuals notable in the field, including Patrick Carnes, John Bradshaw, Claudia Black, Terrance Real and Pia Mellody. Ms. Smith then went on to join the professional clinical staff at Remuda Ranch Treatment Centers for Anorexia and Bulimia in Wickenburg, AZ as a Primary Therapist working exclusively with adolescent females and their families. She specializes in the field of eating disorders, trauma, and co-morbidity. |

Amanda Elkin, MS, LPC, CSAT, CMAT Amanda Elkin is the Clinical Director of the Pine Grove Intensive and Family Workshops. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Masters of Science in Community Counseling. Amanda is licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT). She has worked as a primary therapist at several programs within the Pine Grove system. While at the Women’s Center and Next Step, Amanda facilitated a case load of patients with not only alcohol and drug addictions, but she also specialized in working with patients with eating disorders and sex addictions. In her current position, Amanda now works with clients affected by addiction, trauma, and codependency as well as their family members. She has a passion for seeing the change that can occur in a person within the 5-day workshop model. |

In the event your schedule changes or you become unable to complete the workshop you registered for, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule once during the next 12 months. If you chose not to reschedule for another Intensive Workshop, the fees will be forfeited.
