Outpatient Services

Our outpatient services include medication management, individual and family therapy sessions, medication assisted treatment, and care for sleep disorders, along with ground-breaking magnetic stimulation treatments for depression.

Pine Grove Outpatient Services

At Pine Grove Outpatient Services, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. We offer the following services to adults, children and adolescents: Assessment, Medication Management, Individual Therapy, and Marital & Family Therapy. Additionally, psychological testing services are available for children and adolescents. Our comprehensive team of outpatient providers includes board certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed psychologists and licensed clinical social workers.

ADULT OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Assessment

Comprehensive assessment is provided by our dedicated psychiatrists and psychologists for a range of disorders including depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and more.

Medication Management

When appropriate, we prescribe and monitor medications to treat the symptoms of a variety of disorders.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is offered by licensed psychologists and licensed clinical social workers to address issues of the mind and body.

Marital and Family Therapy

Marital and Family therapy is also provided by our staff of licensed psychologists and licensed clinical social workers.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

The Medication Assisted Treatment program includes individual evaluations and medication management under the direction of Dr. Charles Richardson, a board certified psychiatrist, who is fellowship trained in Addiction Psychiatry. Additionally, the program includes weekly group therapy sessions that are facilitated by Dr. Craig Patterson, a licensed clinical psychologist. The MAT program at Pine Grove also includes a Nurse Practitioner, who works in collaboration with the treatment team.

Sleep Disorders

Clinical evaluations and medical management of sleep disorders. Services provided by Dr. Deepak Khemka who is board certified in psychiatry and sleep medicine.

The Women’s Clinic

The Women’s Clinic at Pine Grove offers prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum mental health care to women as they prepare to grow their family and following the birth of a child.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS is a non-invasive, stimulates nerve cells in the brain and can improve symptoms of major depression. Pine Grove is one of the few providers in the state with this advanced and cutting edge technology to treat depression.

CHILD & ADOLESCENT OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Assessment

Assessment may be provided by our board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker or our psychiatric nurse practitioner for a variety of disorders including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attention–deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism.

Psychological Testing

Psychological testing is provided by our licensed psychologist to aid in diagnosing or ruling out ADHD, autism, and learning disorders.

Medication Management

When appropriate for our child and adolescent patients, the prescribing and monitoring of medications to treat the symptoms of a variety of disorders is also provided by our board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist or our psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is provided by our licensed psychologist or licensed clinical social worker for many issues including:

  • Depression

  • Mood Disorders
  • Behavioral Problems
  • Grief & Loss
  • Self-Esteem
  • Parent-Child Relationships

Family Therapy

Family therapy is incorporated into all of the child and adolescent services provided by Pine Grove Outpatient Services.

Technology Addiction Group

A weekly group for adolescents ages 13-17 whose excessive use of technology including video games, computers, and smart phones is negatively impacting their life and relationships. This service is facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist in collaboration with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The goal of treatment is to teach group members the necessary skills to develop a healthy relationship with technology that is in balance with each person’s life and relationship goals.
