Leah Claire Bennett

Clinical Operations Director
Dr. Leah Claire Bennett is a licensed psychologist with Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, where she serves as the organization’s Clinical Operations Director. In this role, she provides clinical direction and supervision for Pine Grove’s addiction treatment programs, including the Women’s Center, Gratitude, and Next Step. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Dr. Bennett has worked with the Professional Enhancement Program since 2005, where the focus is on helping professionals with vocational and relational issues, maladaptive personality problems, addiction, disruptive workplace behavior, and sexual issues. Dr. Bennett’s primary focus is to help patients who have struggled in various ways live their lives in a manner that allows them to engage at their highest potential.

Dr. Anthony Calabrese is a licensed psychologist in Mississippi, New York, and Alabama. He is the Director of Psychology and Outpatient Services for Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. Dr. Calabrese completed his doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi in 1996. His clinical training included a doctoral psychology internship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and is a member of both the American Psychological Association and the Mississippi Psychological Association.

Dr. Greg Futral is a licensed psychologist and the Director of the Gratitude program at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services where he previously served as Clinical Director. He earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi. He began working for Pine Grove in 2000 on the adult psychiatric inpatient unit as a Clinical Therapist, and he served as a therapist on the alcohol and drug inpatient unit as well. Dr. Futral completed his pre-doctoral internship at the VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS, providing assessment and clinical services to veterans with various difficulties, such as PTSD, depression, chronic pain, and traumatic brain injury. His dissertation research was in the area of motivational enhancement interventions and anger. His background includes work with individuals in acute crisis, with a range of severity of psychological problems, with chemical addictions in a residential setting, as well as training and experience with cognitive-behavioral treatment for problematic anger. Dr. Futral has been working with the Gratitude program since 2009.

John Herrington is the Clinical Director for Pine Grove’s Next Step program. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology and master’s degree in counseling psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. John worked for five years with Pine Belt Mental Healthcare at Oak Arbor working with clients struggling with addiction. He has experience working with drug court, VA, and other local and state resources. John began his work with Pine Grove in March of 2011 working with the Next Step and Sober Living programs providing individual and group therapy for those struggling with addiction.

Dr. Lacey Herrington is the Director of Professional Programs at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. Dr. Herrington oversees Pine Grove’s Evaluation Center, Professional Enhancement Program, and Professionals Recovery Track. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi, and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Dr. Herrington completed her pre-doctoral internship at Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was licensed in 2017. Her primary interests include assessment, personality disorders, substance use disorders, forensic psychology, and trauma.

Sally Moody is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Therapist with the Professional Enhancement Program (PEP) at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, where she serves as Clinical Director. Moody is also a Clinical Therapist for Pine Grove’s Professionals Recovery Track. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS and her Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Denver in Denver, CO. Moody has experience with chemical dependency case management with Arapahoe House, Inc. and in evaluating and monitoring medical professionals with the Colorado Physician Health Program, both in Denver, Colorado. She previously worked with Pine Grove’s Legacy program developing, implementing, and treating addiction in adults.

Russell Rainey is the Administrative Director of Addiction Services at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, where he works with Pine Grove’s chemical addiction treatment programs including Pine Grove’s Next Step and Women’s Center programs. Rainey completed his Bachelor’s degree in Religion, Biblical Studies and Language before earning his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Rainey holds a license in Professional Counseling and has nearly 20 years of experience in the addiction treatment field. Prior to his current role, Russell served in various capacities at Pine Grove including Director of the Legacy program as well as Clinical Director of Pine Grove’s Next Step treatment program for men. Rainey is nationally recognized for his lectures on spirituality and addiction treatment.

Caroline Smith is the Director of Pine Grove’s Addiction Services and Intensive Workshops. Smith has over twenty years of expertise working with high profile, international clients dealing with intimacy disorders and sexual addiction betrayal. Smith frequently speaks at professional conferences throughout the United States and Internationally. She also had the honor of providing a plenary session during Ireland’s first Neuroscience and Addiction Conference, and she authored a chapter in the published book, Mending A Shattered Heart: A Guide for Partners of Sex Addicts, 2nd edition. Caroline Smith holds two Master’s degrees in Professional Counseling and Traumatic Abuse from Ottawa University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist-Supervisor, and a Certified Interventionist Professional. She is EMDR II trained and holds clinical expertise in the areas of trauma resolution, relationship attachment patterns, and addiction interaction disorders.

Dr. Stephanie Smith is the Clinical Director of the Women’s Center treatment program at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services in Hattiesburg, MS. Dr. Smith earned her Doctor of Social Work (DSW) in Clinical Practice and Leadership from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Mississippi since 2009. Dr. Smith has specialized training in TF-CBT, child-parent psychotherapy, integrative treatment for complex trauma and forensic interviewing. Her areas of expertise include treating substance use disorders with co-occurring eating disorders, sex and love addiction, emerging adult depression, adult and child complex trauma, child welfare, mothers with borderline personality disorder, and couples engaged in high conflict divorce.

Dr. Christina Williams is a licensed clinical psychologist and Clinical Director of Pine Grove Outpatient Services. Dr. Williams earned her undergraduate degree and her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from The University of Mississippi. She successfully completed her pre-doctoral psychology internship at Pine Grove in 2009-2010. Following internship, Dr. Williams completed her postdoctoral training at the Professional Enhancement Program of Pine Grove. Dr. Williams has done professional presentations related to children and is co-author of a book chapter examining cultural issues involved in the assessment and treatment of children. Dr. Williams also has several years of experience working with children and adolescents with academic, social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. She has also worked in inpatient, residential and outpatient settings with adults who have addictive disorders, disruptive behaviors, relational problems and personality issues.

Tammy Womack is the Director of Patient Care Services for Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama, and her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialization from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Womack joined Pine Grove in 2019 and oversees all activities of Pine Grove’s Inpatient Psychiatric Units, including staff management, environmental oversight, and patient care.

Dr. Bassi graduated from the Government Medical College and Hospital in Chandigarh, India and completed her residency at The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Dr. Bassi is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Mississippi Psychiatric Association. Dr. Bassi was previously a Junior Resident and Family Practitioner at the Government Medical College and Hospital in Chandigarh, India. She also completed a residency at Fortis Hospital Mohali in Punjab, India. Dr. Bassi joined the Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services team in 2015 and primarily sees adult patients at Pine Grove’s Outpatient Services Department and provides psychiatric consultations at Forrest General Hospital.

Dr. Deepak Khemka is board certified by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. He joined the Pine Grove medical staff in 2012. He completed his psychiatry residency in 2011, followed by one year full time fellowship in Sleep Medicine, at The University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Khemka also teaches third and fourth year medical students from William Carey University. Dr. Khemka currently works as a staff psychiatrist on the adult psychiatric unit at Pine Grove. He is also a member of American Psychiatric Association and American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

After serving in the United States Army for two years, Dr. Miller attended The University of Southern Mississippi and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry. Dr. Miller subsequently earned a medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. After completing a psychiatry residency at Brown University, Dr. Miller finished a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Miller is board certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is board certified in Addiction Medicine through the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Miller is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Dr. Miller is a member and Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Miller is additionally a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

Dr. Charles “Chaz” Richardson is a graduate of Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Blacksburg, VA and completed his psychiatry residency at The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Dr. Richardson completed his fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and is a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, American Psychiatric Association, and Mississippi State Medical Association. Dr. Richardson joined the Pine Grove staff in 2018 and currently evaluates and treats adult patients for Pine Grove’s inpatient and residential treatment programs.
Matthew Holcomb

Dr. Matthew Holcomb is a neuropsychologist licensed in Mississippi and Louisiana and a faculty member of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology – New Orleans at Xavier University’s Clinical PsyD program. Dr. Holcomb received his Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Mississippi State University and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Ball State University. He completed a doctoral internship in Neuropsychology at the London Health Sciences Center and a two-year fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at Dartmouth Medical School.
Dr. Holcomb is on staff with Jefferson Neurobehavioral Group in LA and MS and provides a variety of psychological and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan. He is experienced with a wide range of clinical, medical, and neurological conditions including epilepsy, cancer, mood and anxiety disorders, concussion, TBI, and ADHD.
Dr. Holcomb is also actively engaged in research and has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals as well as presenting his findings at both national and international conferences.

Dr. Michael Lester is a psychologist with the Evaluation Center at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. He also works with the Professionals Recovery Track, which provides daily group therapy addressing issues of professionalism for professionals receiving treatment in Pine Grove’s residential programs. Dr. Lester earned a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in Biloxi, Mississippi. Dr. Lester’s clinical interests include the treatment and assessment of personality disorders. He completed a research fellowship with the Saint Louis Psychoanalytic Institute and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Evaluation Center. To date, his research has focused primarily on establishing the external validity of evidence-based therapies, identifying sources of variability in response to evidence-based treatments, the communication of risk in criminal proceedings, and psychometrics.

Dr. Julie Teater is a licensed clinical psychologist with the Evaluation Center at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. Dr. Teater holds a doctorate degree in psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychologist in Chicago. She is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and a Certified Threat Manager. Dr. Teater has practiced clinical and forensic psychology since 1998, providing expert testimony and consultations for prosecution and defense in military courts martial, federal, state, and local courts. She also provides evaluations for private attorneys, municipalities, and critical public safety agencies across the Gulf Coast. In addition to her forensic practice, Dr. Teater provides diagnostic evaluations for various mental disorders for local medical practitioners.

Amanda Watts is a postdoctoral psychology fellow at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. Dr. Watts currently works in the Gratitude and Next Step Programs, and has also worked at Pine Grove’s Professional Enhancement Program, Professional’s Recovery Track, Evaluation Center, Employee Assistance Program, and Legacy Program. She has worked in a number of other areas including inpatient acute psychiatric care, integrated primary care, community mental health, substance abuse treatment with college students, and the comprehensive assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dr. Watts completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with Master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (dual track in Organizational Behavior Management) and Psychology. Her professional interests include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, program development, and the assessment and treatment of addiction, trauma, and personality disorders.

William is an associate member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and provides treatment to patients within Pine Grove’s addiction treatment programs, including the Women’s Center, Next Step, and Gratitude programs.

Mamie Albritton is a Clinical Therapist with the Gratitude program at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. Albritton received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate, has completed the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model Training, and is trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, Level I. Serving as the Family Therapist at Gratitude, Albritton works from a systemic perspective, believing that everyone impacts and is mutually impacted by behaviors. In her role, she assists patients and family members who have been impacted by addictions and mental health issues live a more fulfilling, empathetic, and compassionate life.

Gloria Cannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is currently working as a Clinical Therapist with Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and has also completed the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model Training. Cannon has provided individual, group, and family therapy at Pine Grove’s Gratitude program and Professionals Recovery Track. Prior to joining Pine Grove as an employee, she completed her internship at Pine Grove’s Professional Enhancement Program. Cannon graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis and earned her BA from the University of Utah. She is passionate about joining in client’s journeys of improving relational skills, healing attachment wounds and working to change maladaptive behaviors, including professional interest in multicultural counseling and Brainspotting.

Jessica Chappell is a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Pine Grove Women’s Center. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS where she researched the family system and the factors that prevent individuals from seeking mental health treatment. Jessica works with women who struggle with addiction to help them find a strong sense of self and self-compassion to empower themselves throughout recovery. Her interests include working with women with eating disorders, addiction, and personality disorders.

Cassie Cochran is a Clinical Therapist for the Women’s Center at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Cochran completed her undergraduate and graduate social work internships at Pine Grove’s Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit, where she provided individual and family therapy under supervision, conducted assessments, and assisted with discharge planning. At the Women’s Center, Cochran offers individual, family, and group therapy for adults from diverse backgrounds dealing with addictions and other mental health issues. Her interests include empowering women with addiction, trauma, disordered eating, sex & love issues to become productive members of society.

Ted Crawford provides psychotherapy for clients through Forrest Health’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP,) and at the Gratitude and Pine Grove Outpatient Services (PGOS) programs of Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. He earned his undergraduate degree in Education, and his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Southern Mississippi. Crawford has also completed training in the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma issues. His background includes work as an educator prior to coming to Pine Grove. In addition to working with EAP patients, Gratitude and Pine Grove Outpatient Services, Pine Grove has also benefitted from Ted’s work at the Child & Adolescent Day Treatment and Professional Enhancement Programs. He enjoys writing and has written numerous informative (and entertaining) articles on clinical topics in a format that is easily understood by both professionals and patients. Crawford has been employed with Pine Grove since 1998 and has worked with the EAP program since 2001.

Roland Johnson has worked for Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services since 1993. He currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator for Pine Grove’s REACH Program, which stands for Realistic Experiences and Challenging Horizons. REACH is an experiential therapy ropes course for Pine Grove’s residential patients. Each participant accomplishes key goals by pushing themselves past their personal comfort levels. This experience enhances the patients’ self-confidence, communication skills, and self-esteem while increasing their teamwork and trust building skills. After graduating from The University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Coaching and Sports Administration, Johnson completed his certification as a ropes course facilitator and trainer. In 2012, Johnson received the “We C.A.R.E. Award” presented by Forrest General Hospital. This award recognizes staff members who make a positive impact on the patient’s experience.

Tammy Kolbo joined the treatment team of Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, both from the University of Mississippi. As a Registered Nurse, Tammy practiced in the Intensive Care Units at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi and Forrest General in Hattiesburg. She has an extensive background in the Health and Fitness Industry and first became certified to teach in 1984 through the Kenneth Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas.
In 2001, Tammy began her studies in the practice of Yoga and is certified at the highest rank with Yoga Alliance. She is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, an iREST Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher and also serves as a Senior Consultant with the Gulf Coast Trauma Institute. Her evidence-based, trauma-informed yoga program teaches patients mindfulness, body awareness, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. She currently serves Gratitude, Next Step, the Women’s Center and the Professional Enhancement Program.

Erin Konves works as an Alumni Coordinator in the Business Development Department of Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. As the Alumni Coordinator, she leads a variety of diverse 12-step groups for Pine Grove’s nationally recognized and respected specialty treatment programs. Additionally, Konves meets with Pine Grove’s patients upon discharge to engage them in the organization’s alumni program, and she follows up with them once they have returned to their hometowns, following their treatment. She directs a weekly aftercare meeting for Pine Grove’s alumni, which focuses on specific recovery topics, as well as leads a book study that enhances emotional growth for long-term healing. In addition, Konves works diligently to coordinate Pine Grove’s quarterly Days of Hope reunions to connect alumni with current Pine Grove patients for continued hope and inspiration. Prior to working for Pine Grove, Konves worked in Property Management for nearly nine years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Konves earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from William Carey University, located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and recently acquired her P-LPC. She is a member of Faces and Voices of Recovery, and through her own journey in recovery, she thoroughly enjoys working with people who are struggling with addiction and helping them find courage and peace. In her spare time, you might find her rescuing animals and riding her bike on the trails in Hattiesburg.

Eileene McRae is a Business Development & Alumni Coordinator for Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, and she has worked in the addiction services field for over 43 years. As a certified alcohol and drug counselor, earlier in her career, she guided families and residential patients to recovery. Ms. McRae has also worked in community outreach, educating students, civic clubs and other organizations about addiction and alcoholism. Her speaking demands have carried her all over the United States as well as Canada. She has particularly enjoyed working with young children living with parental addiction. As a result of that interest, she authored a book in 2008 titled, Home At Last, a story told through the eyes of two brother frogs that live with a practicing alcoholic father frog. While working at the Central Mississippi National Council on Alcoholism, she wrote and initiated the first educational program for young children in Mississippi who had a parent in treatment for addiction. This was taught through the medium of puppetry. During that time she also started the first Alatot group in Jackson, MS, a 12 Step group for kids ages four to eleven, who lived with parents in recovery. Ms. McRae also spent ten years traveling and supporting colleges and universities that contain Collegiate Recovery Programs. She has served on the Association of Recovery in Higher Education Board (ARHE), and she currently serves on the Collegiate Recovery Program Boards at The University of Mississippi and Mississippi State University. She has also been a member of the Steering Committee for the Gulf Coast Conference on Addiction Recovery for the past 30 years. Eileene McRae studied at Texas Women’s University, Millsaps College, and the University of Southern Mississippi.

Thomas Pough has worked as an addiction professional for more than 30 years. Pough has treated individuals struggling with chemical dependency, compulsive gambling, compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual offensive behaviors, and co-dependency. Currently, Pough is busy treating patients in private practice in Hattiesburg, MS., and he works with Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services as a consultant for its Gratitude program, which treats sexual addiction. Thomas Pough earned his Master’s degree from William Carey University, and has obtained certifications in sex addiction therapy (CSAT) and multiple addictions (CMAT).

Bill Rap holds a Master of Religious Education degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is a Certified Pastoral Sexual Addiction Professional. He has been credentialed as an ordained minister within the Church of the Nazarene since 1989.
Rap began his work as Co-Facilitator of Christian Intensive Workshops at Pine Grove in 2011. His initial focus was in doing extensive research in the areas of the marriage relationship, personal bondages and addictions, and the five core issues addressed in all of the intensive workshops: Self-esteem, Boundaries, Truth, Needs, and Emotions. His research was based heavily upon God’s Word and renowned authors in the various fields. Subsequent to the research was the development of the curriculum used in the Christian Intensive Workshops.
In addition to his role as Co-Facilitator, he has been privileged to speak at Pine Grove’s First Friday counselor training events in Memphis, TN, Birmingham, AL, Pensacola, FL, and New Orleans, LA. He has also co-authored an article in the monthly magazine, Mississippi Christian Living.
Before beginning his work at Pine Grove, Rap served as lead pastor of three different churches over a period of 24 years, two in central California and one in Nebraska. As a lead pastor he has years of experience helping people with a variety of life issues. His teaching on forgiveness has helped troubled couples find hope and healing. His leadership in Men’s Advance from 1994-2009, a West Coast ministry to men, gave him hands on tools for helping men struggling with personal addictions and bondages.
Rap brings his passion for people and his pastoral experience to his Intensive Workshops with a deep desire to see people heal and grow. He specializes in the areas of Marriage Renewal and Personal Freedom, and combines the power of God’s Word with the practice of sound clinical tools in his work.

David Sellers served as associate pastor at Parkway Heights from 2005 to 2011. He is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, a member of the Order of St. Luke and part of SDI (Spiritual Directors International). He has over 20 years of experience in ministry as a youth director, retreat leader, hospital chaplain and church pastor. He received his M.Div. from Emory University with emphasis in Spiritual Formation. David facilitates group and one-on-one spiritual direction across all programs at Pine Grove.

Deborah Schiller is a Clinical Consultant at Pine Grove’s Gratitude program. She began working at Gratitude in 2006 as a Clinical Therapist, later becoming the Clinical Director and then serving as the Program Director from 2011 through 2018. She is a native of Huntsville, AL, where she attended The University of Alabama before finishing her degree at Montevallo University. Ms. Schiller taught school for three years before getting her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Stanford University. She continued teaching and later returned to school while raising three children, earning her Master’s degree in Counseling from The University of South Alabama. Ms. Schiller subsequently completed an Internship at The Meadows treatment center in Wickenburg, AZ and became a therapist there. In 2004, Ms. Schiller joined Pine Grove and worked initially as a Clinical Therapist in the Professional Enhancement Program for two years prior to transitioning to the Gratitude program. She retired from full time work with Pine Grove in 2018 but remains an active consultant, trainer, and speaker in addition to working with current patients. She maintains a private practice in Daphne, AL in which she sees clients who struggle with addiction and with families of addicts. She also supervises therapists who are working toward becoming Certified Sex Addiction Therapists.

Before joining the Pine Grove Child & Adolescent Unit, he previously worked in pulmonary care, geriatric, rehabilitation, and psychiatric nursing.
