How to send/receive mail and packages?
Mail can be sent to and from each program. Packages will be inspected and items not allowed will be removed and kept until discharge.

What are the personal phone call guidelines?
| Gentle Path | No phone calls during the first two weeks, with the exception of one phone call to family with the first 24 hours of arrival. After the two week restriction is lifted, residents are allowed three 15 minute calls per week. If the patient has small children, phone contact can be made daily, during the initial two weeks with staff approval. | |
| Next Step | Upon arrival, patient allowed one phone. During first two weeks, all phone requests must be approved by staff. Phone usage is limited on a daily basis. | |
| Women's Center | No calls during first 2 weeks with the exception of a call within the first 72 hours in the presence of a therapist. After 2 weeks patients are allowed 2-15 minute calls a week. | |
| PEP | Cell phones are permitted, but not allowed during the daily programming. Failure to adhere to this may result in loss of the use of a cell phone due to lack of the responsibility for its management. Apartments have telephones for local use only - calling card needed for long distance calls. | |
