Edward Anderson, Ph.D.
Dr. Ed Anderson has coordinated comprehensive evaluations on professionals since 2003. His specialty areas include evaluation of personality disorders, substance abuse, and disruptive behavior in the workplace. He has performed hundreds of forensic-level evaluations for professional licensing boards and monitoring bodies. He worked for 8 years in Pine Grove’s Professional Enhancement Program, evaluating and treating professionals, and is now Clinical Director of Pine Grove’s Evaluation Center, which serves a wide range of clientele, including healthcare professionals. Dr. Anderson graduated with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1998 from Brigham Young University in Utah. He is a primary supervisor for pre-doctoral psychology interns working on assessments in the Evaluation Center while on the Outpatient Services Rotation.x
Anthony Calabrese, Ph.D.
Dr. Tony Calabrese is a licensed psychologist in Mississippi, New York, and Alabama. He is the Director of Psychology and Pine Grove Outpatient Services of Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. He also serves as the Chief Psychologist (administrator in charge) for the predoctoral psychology internship training program. Dr. Calabrese was instrumental in establishing the internship training program and he is committed to maintaining a quality training program. Dr. Calabrese completed his doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1996. His clinical training included a doctoral psychology internship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and is a member of both the American Psychological Association and the Mississippi Psychological Association.x
Philip Hemphill, Ph.D.
Dr. Philip Hemphill has been the Program Director of the Professional Enhancement Program at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services in Hattiesburg, Mississippi since 2002. He is responsible for the management and supervision of the clinical services of the Professional Enhancement Program, an intensive outpatient/residential treatment program for professionals who are struggling with addictive and personality disorders. In addition to administrative management of the program, he assists with evaluation, treatment planning, direct clinical care, fitness for duty issues, staff training, vocational and professional reintegration, and workplace monitoring. Prior to coming to Pine Grove, Dr. Hemphill worked at the Masters and Johnson Sexual Trauma and Compulsivity programs in New Orleans, Louisiana for 14 years where he was Director of Extended Care, Director of Research, and Director of Behavioral Therapy. He has been a consultant to Missouri, Kentucky, and Louisiana social service agencies in developing treatment for juvenile offenders. Between 1993 and 2005, he developed and supervised an outpatient program for juvenile offenders and their families at New Orleans Adolescent Hospital.x
Craig Paterson, Ph.D.
Craig Paterson, Ph.D. received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed his doctoral psychology internship at New Orleans Veteran Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Paterson is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Mississippi Psychological Association, he joined the Pine Grove staff in 1992.x
Teresa Mulvihill, MD
Dr. Mulvihill is a graduate of the University Of Mississippi School Of Medicine where she also completed her psychiatry residency. Dr. Mulvihill is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and a member of the American Psychiatric Association as well as the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. Dr. Mulvihill joined the Pine Grove staff in 2008. She currently sees patients in an outpatient setting for assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy through the Pine Grove Outreach Center of Madison and works in a variety of programs in Hattiesburg including the Addiction IOP program and the Evaluation Center for Professionals.x
Allison Sutton, MBA
Allison Sutton is the Program Coordinator for the Pine Grove Evaluation Center and National Call Center. As program coordinator she supervises the daily operations, scheduling of patient evaluations, and assigning caseloads. Sutton has been employed with Pine Grove since 2004 and was previously the National Business Development Coordinator. Prior to her job in Business Development, she was employed as a Data Specialist with the Professional Enhancement Program. She has over 15 years of clinical experience working with trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction and compulsivity, chemical dependency, and dual diagnosis issues.
Allison received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Masters in Public Health Services Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also has a degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and volunteers with the Parkinson’s Research. She was named Professional Woman of the Year in Healthcare in 2009-2010 from the National Association of Professional Women.x
