Director of Men's Next Step:
Responsible for the planning, development, direction and supervision of the Pine Grove Men’s Next Step Program. Must be able to work independently, under minimal supervision. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families and visitors.
Education/Skills: Masters Degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related health care field
Work Experience: Five years of clinical experience in mental health care/addictions field and two years of management experience in addiction treatment.

Director of Spiritual Services:
Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Service is currently seeking to fill the position of director of Spiritual Services for Pine Grove Specialty Programs. This individual would be responsible for providing spiritual direction and counseling to patients through individual counseling, didactic presentations, group facilitation, grief resolution, shame reduction and other methodologies as needed. This person will also act as chaplain to the various communities providing religious services, resources and securing outside clergy services. The Director of Spiritual Services also provides leadership to other staff in developing their understanding of the spiritual nature of recovery and the resources available. The Director will seek to meet patients where they are on their own spiritual path and avoid their own religious bias.
Qualifications:
Applicants will have a Masters degree in Divinity or other comparable field of study. A Minimum of 40 hours of continuing education in Addiction and Eating Disorder Studies is preferred. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Chemical Addiction, Eating Disorders and Sexual Compulsivity. Must either have maintained at least 2 years in continual recovery through a 12 Step program or have thorough knowledge of 12 Step programs.
Preference will be given to candidates with five years in one of the following: (1) pastor of a congregation (2) Chaplain in hospital or mental health facility (3) Counselor in an addiction treatment program. Must have experience delivering didactic modules, working with multidisciplinary staff, exercising respect for people with extreme behavioral issues, and have a high level of comfort with a wide variety of people.
Preference will be given for a person ordained or licensed by an official religious body who is also a Certified Alcohol and Addiction Counselor or Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Certification in Clinical Pastoral Education also preferred.
