Callers interested in possible treatment at Pine Grove will be asked for initial information such as name, address, phone number, relationship to the patient (if caller is not the potential patient), service requested and referral source. If interested in pursuing treatment, further information will be collected to include the potential patient’s demographic, and payment information, as well as a description of the problem behavior.
Admission to all Pine Grove programs begins with the assessment.

To schedule an assessment for a Residential Program (Women’s Center, Next Step, Gentle Path) or the Professional Enhancement Program, Intensive Workshops and the Evaluation Center, please call the Pine Grove Call Center at 1.888.574.HOPE (4673).
The assessment will consist of questions regarding current medications, medical problems, legal issues related to illness or problem, substance abuse, behaviors and stressors. Following the interview, the clinician will consult the appropriate physician and a recommendation for treatment or a referral will be given.
