
Pine Grove Village
Pine Grove Village exists to provide supportive housing and case management services to the chronically homeless population, in an effort to assist them in their transition from the streets and shelters into permanent housing and to realize maximum self-sufficiency.
To help the homeless person accomplish the three basic goals of achieving residential stability, increasing their skills and/or incomes, and obtaining greater self-determination, the Pine Grove Village Supportive Housing Program Includes:
Case Management: Referral assistance with benefits, health, education and employment
Counseling: Individual, group, and family, focusing on alcohol and drug education, relapse prevention and aftercare
Training: Life skills, remedial education and vocational skills
Health Services and Education: Primary medical care (as needed), HIV/STD and wellness education.

Mississippi United to End Homelessness, also known as Balance of State (BOS), is a multidisciplinary non-profit organization with membership from agencies representing 71 of 82 counties in Mississippi's Balance of State Continuum of Care. These agencies, along with Forrest General Hospital, provide a variety of referral and homeless services to homeless clients throughout the state.
