Supportive Housing
Pine Grove Village and Pine Grove Green Meadows are two permanent supportive housing programs funded by HUD that provide housing placement for the chronically or episodically homeless people with Mental Health and/or addictive disorders. Pine Grove Village is for unaccompanied men and Pine Grove Green Meadows are for either unaccompanied women or women with their children. The purpose of both programs is to help rehabilitate homeless people who have limited knowledge or skills to navigate the social systems to maintain themselves in safe and affordable housing as well as assisting them improve their skills/education and to be self determined in their own recovery process and hence, productive citizens of society. This is performed from a case management paradigm and both programs are capable of housing 30 residents in each program.
