Pine Grove Professional Enhancement Program
Estimated treatment costs is $12,200 per month. Fees include rental fees for apartment provided. Average length of stay is 6-10 weeks.
Pine Grove Women's Center
Estimated treatment cost is $32,000 for 90 days. Fees include routine labs, housing and meals.
Additional Fees
Physician fees, additional lab fees, medication, psychological testing, nurse practioner charges, and further medical care, if needed, are additional charges.
Insurance
Insurance is verified and pre-certified prior to admission and the patient responsibility is estimated based on deductibles and co-pays for the expected length of stay. The patient's insurance is filed as a courtesy. Patients will be made aware of complete financial responsibility and obligations prior to admission to the program. We cannot accept Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare for these Specialty programs.
