Law Enforcement Evaluations
Pine Grove Outpatient Services provides pre-employment Psychological Evaluations for law enforcement agencies for the purpose of assisting the agency in making employment decisions on applicants for law enforcement officer positions. The Psychological Evaluation is conducted by a licensed psychologist and assesses personality functioning as it relates to the applicant’s ability to function as a law enforcement officer. The Psychological Evaluation consists of an interview and a personality inventory, and it is designed to be one part of the overall selection evaluation process.
